Is the Sole Proprietor of the firm and an Attorney with more than eleven(11) years of experience, which includes five (5) years of experience with the Road Accident Fund. Her main field of practice is commercial Law, Personal Injury Claims, Divorce Law and Civil Law.

SHEHNAAZ PATEL       LLB
Is an Admitted Attorney and Conveyances with  five(5) years of experience. She completed her articles and practiced as a professional assistant at Alexander’s Inc and previously ran her own legal firm, her main fields of practice are civil law and conveyancing, Deceased Estates, Personal Injury Claims and Collections.

She is currently employed at our firm for 3 years , has excellent communication skills and is  efficient in her work and very corporative. She has acquired various skills while working at our firm.

We have an excellent office management technology system in place that maximizes productivity and efficiency in service delivery.

GHOST PRACTICE
Has a multi-purpose function as it is utilized as a data base for clients as well as all documentation maybe prepared on the system, fees are automatically billed, it is linked to the email facility as well as sms’s maybe sent directly to the client from the system. All users have access to the information at the same time. Furthermore it has an accounting system which is user friendly and this promotes accurate billing and a legal diary that promotes efficient and proper file management.

GHOST CONVEY
This system is excellent for Conveyancing, it is very effective and all documents are automatically prepare by inserting all the necessary particulars of all parties involved in a transfer. It has a diary system as well together with reminders and due dates for the entire transfer process.

WINDEED
Is an excellent tool as it facilitates property searches, allows the Conveyancer to ascertain the progress of a transfer in the Deeds office, downloads all new transfers that occur in all the Deeds offices in South Africa. It is especially helpful with Commercial Law and Civil Law where one can utilize a Spider Search and/ or Cipro (Company Search). Furthermore Deeds office documents may be requested through this system.
